IT Support Specialist

Position to be filled ASAP This position requires technicians to possess a wide range of technical skills to troubleshoot various end-user technical problems.
The technicians will specifically perform deskside level 2 support which includes diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and standard network connectivity problems.
Technicians will be certified on various manufacturer (HP, Lenovo, Dell, and Apple) hardware platforms (desktop, laptop, and printer) to perform in-warranty and out-of-warranty hardware repairs.
In addition to performing level-2 support, technicians will also have experience in various projects such as computer setups, installations, and equipment inventory.
The Technician will possess excellent customer support and soft skills, including the executive level support experience.
Industry experience and technical qualifications shall include the following:

years practical experience performing Level 2 technical support ?2
years practical experience working in various corporate settings ?1-2 years practical experience working in projects such as hardware/software deployments etc ? Training/Certification - Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical certifications - (If not certified, you can be through the client) ? Medium/High English Speaking ? Microsoft Office365 experience ? Excellent soft skills - communicate clearly, well organize and professional ? Ability to work with various types of users - standard employees, Management, and VIP, etc.
? Able to work in a team collaboratively and follow directions accordingly.
? Knowledgeable on Windows 7/8/10 operating systems Job Types:
